    In early March 2023, nPL Logistics continued to put into operation 4,600m2 of warehouse space for lease in Cu Chi District, Ho Chi Minh City. As a gateway connecting urban areas in the Ho Chi Minh City region with Long An, Tay Ninh, and Binh Duong provinces, Cu Chi has many favorable conditions for access via road, river, and air. Therefore, travel and trade with neighboring economic regions are extremely easy and convenient. In particular, Cu Chi also has 4 large industrial parks and 3 industrial clusters attracting foreign investment. This is also a potential area for the industrial real estate sector.<\/p>\n
